With SneakPeak, you can find out if you're having a boy or girl as early as six weeks into your pregnancy. I offer SneakPeak testing to clients and non-clients with a single 15-minute visit. ​

Childbirth Education
Intentional preparation is an important part of planning for a birth and postpartum experience that will feel satisfying, safe, and powerful. This preparation often includes childbirth education. If you are having your first baby or first home birth, childbirth preparation classes are highly recommended.
In addition to the education I offer to clients during prenatal visits, I offer individualized childbirth preparation classes to both clients and non-clients that are focused on understanding the normal stages and progression of labor, pain management, birth choices, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum planning and self-care. ​
Placenta Encapsulation
Many clients choose to have their placenta encapsulated after birth with the belief that consuming the placenta offers a range of tangible and intangible health benefits during the postpartum period. I offer placenta encapsulation to both clients and non-clients, returning your completed capsules within three days of obtaining your placenta.

Doula Services
In addition to serving families as a midwife, I have limited availability to offer doula support to families choosing to birth in a hospital setting or planning to give birth at home under the care of another midwife.
As a doula, my role is focused on non-clinical pregnancy and birth support and may include (depending on each family's needs and preferences) birth planning support, navigating decision-making prenatally and during labor, emotional and physical support during labor, and breastfeeding and postpartum support once your baby is in your arms.

Nesting House
My office is located within the Nesting House, a community space offering resources and support for families during the prenatal and postpartum periods. You can find information on what the Nesting House offers and a calendar of events such as community baby showers and women's circles.
